SECTION 6 - PAYMENT TERMS

You will provide us with valid and updated credit card information, or with a valid purchase order or alternative document reasonably acceptable to MetroSpeedy. If you provide credit card information to MetroSpeedy, you authorize us to charge such credit card for all Completed Delivery Services submitted for fulfillment via the Service Order Form or via API; for the initial subscription term and any renewal subscription term(s) if applicable. Such charges shall be made upon completion of all delivery tasks or for subscriptions in advance, either annually or in accordance with any different billing frequency stated in the applicable Service Order Form. If the Service Order Form specifies that payment will be by a method other than a credit card, invoiced charges are due net 7 days from the invoice date. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and contact information to MetroSpeedy and notifying us of any changes to such information.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).

MetroSpeedy reserves the right to seek all remedies available for violations of the Shipping Policy, including without limitation, the right to revoke access to our service/platform.

For Alcoholic Beverages:

When your customers purchase alcoholic beverages, you agree that MetroSpeedy reserves the right to refuse or return any delivery of alcoholic beverages (including but not limited to beer, wine, cider, etc.) if any of the following apply:

The customer is not at least 21 years old
The customer cannot provide a valid government-issued ID (including but not limited to a valid motor vehicle operator’s license or a passport issued by the U.S., state, or foreign government)/li>
The name on the customer’s ID does not match the name on their order
The customer is visibly intoxicated

If MetroSpeedy is unable to release the alcoholic beverages to your customer because of one or more of these reasons, standard delivery and return fees apply.

SECTION 14 - INTERNET DELAYS

MetroSpeedy’s website may be subject to limitations, delays, and other problems inherent in the use of the Internet and electronic communications. MetroSpeedy is not responsible for any delays, delivery failures, or other damage resulting from such problems.

SECTION 15 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
