If the Service Order Form specifies that payment will be by a method other than a credit card, invoiced charges are due net 7 days from the invoice date. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and contact information to MetroSpeedy and notifying us of any changes to such information.
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools āas isā and āas availableā without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
